The former head of the now closed DICE Canada studio, Fredrik Lillegren, has been talking up Battlefield 3 within the limits of his non-disclosure agreement.
Speaking with GamingUnion.net, Lillegren was singing the praises of the forthcoming Battlefield sequel.
Apparently Battlefield 3 has been in development for at least three years. Lillegren divulged: "I know what they were talking about on the PC side for [the next] Battlefield, and they haven't announced any of that yet, after three years, so I know what's coming, and I still can't talk about it because I'm still under NDA (non-disclosure agreement)."
Lillegren continued: "What the PC version is going to be, Battlefield 3, I think it's going to absolutely blow everyone away, but I can't tell you what it is, but it will blow people away."

Man I loved BF2. I really think BF3 will blow away any competition and keep us playing for years. I know BC2 and 1943 will keep us busy until then. Ah hell there are so many good games coming out soon.
Yeah... unless it blows up in our faces like BC2 has so far. I'm gonna be a bit reluctant to buy any EA game for a while... no more pre-orders for me. Nope i'm waiting till the game is up, running and well established.
