yep i like she on her last leg... but good news is ill be looking into a new one. luckly i know so people that can help me get what i need.

its starten the lockup or freeze alot now. when i try to do anything. ive been working with it for the last 2 nights. i was looking alot better today before i left for work. and i told charlie to stay off of it for a bit. dont know if he did something or what.

Start it up in safe mode, do a complete system virus scan, disk cleanup, disk defragment, then go through ALL of your documents, program files, videos, pictures, ect. and decide what you need, want and what can go. Delete everything that can go and is not needed or isnt being used. take everything you want but dont use often and back it up on some cd's dvd's flashdrives, ect. then once again, run a disk cleanup and a disk defragment.

Do all that in that order and it should work alot smoother.

Also, you dont necessarily need a new computer but you might want to look into getting a faster CPU and maxing out your RAM. and if you have a HDD thats under 500gb I would recommend upgrading to a 500GB or better.

We have already done that...you need to take that CPU cooler off and clean it, maybe reapply some thermal paste and get those temps down. The heat could be causing the lockups. I told you this already... DO IT!
